In preparation for the holiday season, where we over-commit and over-extend ourselves leaving us stressed and depleted. This can compromise our immune system which can lead to “dis-ease”. Self care is health care.
Patty will lead a blissful 2 hours of yin, using poses and essential oils to open up and release stored tension, balancing mind/body by relaxing the muscles, lowering your heart rate, and allowing the nervous system to slow down.
You will come away from this workshop not only more relaxed but also, with tools to use throughout this holiday season to de-stress and feel energized
