Head Shoulders Knees and Toes Workshop

This special workshop will focus on ways to mobilize and strengthen muscles surrounding some of the less catered to areas like neck, wrists, knees, and ankles. Attendees will gain knowledge of daily movements that will help specific and overall joint and body health. Included will also be helpful modifications for basic postures often found in classes that are challenging when joints are tender. .
