Kinstretch defines itself as a movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control, flexibility, and usable range of motion.
This 3-hour workshop will introduce concepts and principles in what governs your body’s range of motion, techniques to maintain current ranges of motion, and how to expand that range further to give your body more degrees of freedom in movement. Then we will shift to a short practice so that you can have a feeling for what a class might look like.
