This Restorative Yoga workshop is the perfect opportunity to massage your organs to release tension, fatigue, and stress. Each pose can move toxins and wastes from your cells so you feel lighter and more energetic. This lightness translates into heightened creativity, productivity, clarity, and energy, with more freedom of movement. Come celebrate the power of restful yoga, breath work, and relaxation and leave feeling refreshed.

Restorative Yoga is appropriate for everyone. All poses are done on the floor and held for 5-15 minutes with the support of cozy props to ensure deep relaxation. It is perfect for students with injuries, arthritis, inflammation and challenges, and for anyone who wants to relax. Let your body detox and reboot this season. Resting in each pose pacifies the “fight or flight” reaction to stress so that “rest and rejuvenation” can restore balance to your nervous system, muscles, joints, ligaments, organs, as it quiets your mind. All of this together creates a deep sense of calm and balance. Most students experience profound rest and relaxation which continues long after the workshop has ended.
