  • In this workshop Patty will guide you through Yin poses designed to move stagnant energy, detoxify the body, calm the mind, and restore equilibrium. ┬áCome away from this workshop not only more relaxed but also more focused, energized and effective!
  • Patricia will lead a blissful 2 hours of yin, using poses and essential oils to open up and release stored tension, balancing mind/body by relaxing muscles, lowering your heart rate, and allowing the nervous system to slow down.
