  • In this workshop Patty will guide you through Yin poses designed to move stagnant energy, detoxify the body, calm the mind, and restore equilibrium.  Come away from this workshop not only more relaxed but also more focused, energized and effective!
  • Patricia will lead a blissful 2 hours of yin, using poses and essential oils to open up and release stored tension, balancing mind/body by relaxing muscles, lowering your heart rate, and allowing the nervous system to slow down.
