Yoga Nidra, the state of dynamic sleep, is a technique that teaches us to relax consciously inducing complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. During this practice the state of relaxation is reached by turning inwards, away from external experiences and can be applied in many ways to better overall health.

increasing relaxation through Yoga Nidra to lessen the sympathetic(excitatory “fight or flight” response) by increasing parasympathetic (relaxatory) function
