Yoga and Creative Writing Workshop

“Letting the body speak” with Shannon Larsen and Jill Lopez

Join Shannon Larsen and Jill LopezĀ  for an afternoon of yoga and creative writing as we work a series of yin poses intertwined with creative writing exercises.

Yoga poses will open pathways in our bodies and writing prompts will open our creativity and inner truths.

A safe space will be created for both body and mind; come with your mat, journal and prepare to be inspired by what you find within yourself.

Live music and other sense awakening tools will be incorporated into the workshop to help stimulate creativity.

Sound Healing Immersion with Anaghan

Sound healing is relaxing and non-invasive. As you hear and feel the powerful, pure tones of the various instruments, pain and stress can be reduced or eliminated. The mind becomes still and the physical, mental, emotional and environmental bodies are restored to a natural state of wholeness.

Join us for a total immersion into the sacred sound current, in an evening of deep meditation and relaxation with sound healer Anaghan, who will guide us in an experience of pure peace and well-being using a variety of sound healing instruments as you relax comfortably in savasana.
