We always think that back care in yoga is only to do with back-bend poses. We then start working towards a wheel or a camel pose trying to go above and beyond. But that’s not always the case. Self-care is about making sure we are loving and caring towards our body, mind and soul which brings strength in unique ways.
In this 4-part series Kaye will focus on simple yet impactful ways to take care of your back muscles and spine. Each session will stretch and strengthen. Every session will use props that you already have at home – chair, wall, floor and some pillows and blankets.
This is going to be a great way to show love to your back in the month of February.
