Are you a mom of young children (5 & under) looking for a moment to reconnect with yourself, your body, and other moms for a moment of calm amidst the beautiful chaos of motherhood? Whatever your situation is: new to motherhood, juggling multiple children and/or a career, or thinking about going back to work– being a mom with young children is a rollercoaster of emotions every day. Join us for a centering yoga practice* & community-building workshop designed exclusively for moms like you. This workshop offers a sanctuary where you can prioritize self-care, cultivate embodiment, and find connection with other moms of young children.
In this workshop, you will experience:
- Nourishing Yoga: We’ll start with a 45-minute Hatha yoga practice to get out of your head and into your body.
- A Safe Place to Reflect and Process: We will deepen the yoga practice with reflection and small group discussions to explore the joys, challenges, and emotions we experience as moms.
- Community Connection: Connect with a supportive community of moms who understand the ups and downs of motherhood. This is an opportunity to be vulnerable and seen for where you are in your journey.
- One Step Forward: Leave the workshop with one step or action you’d like to take for greater self-care, finding fulfillment, or any other personal goal you have as a mother.
By participating in this workshop, you will:
- Practice Self-Care: Take a moment for yourself: connect with your body and enjoy some you-time.
- Enhance Self-Awareness: Explore your emotions, needs, and realities in this wild journey of motherhood.
- Connect with Other Moms: Share your experience with others who understand what you might be going through. Being a mom can be an isolating experience at times as we are so often focused on the needs of others.
