Writing is a simple, yet powerful activity that slows down our minds and allows us to see things with more clarity. It’s something that often gets overlooked and almost forgotten once we finish our academic life. And even in academia we probably didn’t have the chance to explore writing without the tinge of being judged and graded for our work.
This is about expression. Expression is only to be enjoyed and appreciated for whatever form it takes. No grades, not rights or wrongs, no good or bad. In this 4-part workshop series we will explore a few different ways to put the pen on the paper in an uplifting and clarifying way.
Nate will share practices that he currently does or has done in the past giving you experiential guidance. Breath work and meditation will also be included. You will feel a shift inside over the two weeks we practice together, and you might even carry one or two practices with you moving forward in life.
This workshop will be conducted online via Zoom. Password and instructions will be sent privately to registrants 60 minutes before workshop begins.
