Through learning practices to stabilize and strengthen the hips and knees, we can also benefit our gait, balance, and help to prevent back pain and mitigate the effects of osteoarthritis in the low back, hips, knees, ankles and feet.

Live online sessions with Kaye. Participants will also receive recordings to keep and practice on their own as well.
