My yoga journey began at 14 in San Francisco when my gymnastics coach took our team to hot yoga to improve flexibility, strength, and balance for intense competition. In my adult years, I explored various yoga styles alongside HIIT workouts, but in 2022, a serious health issue made me realize I needed more than just a “hard workout.” That’s when I found Almaden Yoga.
As I deepened my practice, I realized yoga is about more than physical strength—it’s also about mental and emotional flexibility. I became more centered, grounded, and better equipped to manage stress. Through practices like meditation and mindful breathing, I’ve learned to listen to my body and mind in ways I never had before. Yoga has become an essential tool for holistic well-being, helping me feel stronger, more balanced, and connected to myself while navigating life with greater clarity and resilience.
I completed my RYT-200 teacher training with Anuja Chaudhri, which deepened my love for yoga and sparked a passion to share its transformative benefits with others.
In my classes, I combine breathwork, strength-building poses, and functional movement to help build endurance, increase flexibility, and reduce stress. My goal is to offer a challenging yet accessible practice that leaves you feeling stronger, more centered, and at ease.
When I’m not on the mat, I spend as much time with loved ones as possible —whether we’re being active or enjoying each other’s company. For me, it’s all about the connection and togetherness.
