Today kids need yoga to focus and calm the mind. The entire online schooling has taken a toll on them which we as adults may not understand sometimes. Even parents have been through their share of stress in the last one year.
This is an opportunity to let your tween kid spend time doing a fun activity with friends and leaning new skills of yoga and journaling.
This is an 8-series class and each class will have a theme relevant to their age and life. Marilyn will spend 45-minutes teaching yoga and then spending last 15-minutes of the class disusing and journaling on the topic of the week.
