This workshop is for anyone who is curious about sobriety or on their sobriety journey.
Meredith will briefly share her story. She will then help you ground, meditate then lead you through some movement with Gentle Yoga. She will also share some helpful tips for your journey. The practice will close out with a few Restorative poses and affirmations.
About Meredith:
Meredith is passionate about helping people discover self-love and serenity through yoga. Whether it’s teaching community classes or one-on-one, through movement she helps guide individuals in finding their true self, resulting in a positive self-image.
In 2014 Meredith realized her approach to life was not working anymore. She was grateful to be alive with many of the choices she had made. The common denominator in the decisions hurting herself and others was alcohol. She then decided to get help and that was the best decision she has made.
Meredith wants to offer a safe space for others to listen, move, breathe, and share if they want. You’re not alone and this is a place of no judgement. Even if you’re just curious, all are welcome.
