- You will be guided into a heart-centered meditation, allowing you to connect more deeply with yourself, cultivate presence, and open to a state of inner peace and bliss.
- There will be soothing vibrations of a sound healing journey that will support your nervous system, quiet the mind, and carry you into a space of profound rest, reflection, and expansion.
- To further support the healing process, Shab and Michelle will offer Reiki energy healing, helping to harmonize mind, body, and spirit.
Together these practices create a sacred and nurturing environment where you can reconnect with you heart, restore balance, and deepen your connection with your higher self.
Come as you are and allow yourself to be held in a space of healing, renewal, and gentle transformation. Feel free to bring your journal, your blanket and water/tea bottle.

Shab is a certified Ayurvedic and Yoga practitioner trained at Mount Madonna Center. She brings a gentle, nurturing presence to her lifelong journey of healing through holistic practices. Drawing from her experience in Ayurveda, yoga, breathwork, and sound healing, she creates a supportive space for deep relaxation, balance, and inner connection.
Michelle is a passionate Bay Area practitioner devoted to supporting each person’s unique path of self-discovery and transformation. Through heart-centered coaching, Tarot and Oracle card readings, and guided meditation focused on the heart chakra, she helps individuals reconnect with their inner wisdom, cultivate clarity, and step more fully into their authentic potential.
