About Michael:
Michael Holland has devoted more than 35 years to studying Qi Gong and 25 years to teaching. His training is rooted in direct lineages: he took refuge with Tibetan Master Zi Sheng Wang for 7 years, studied with Sifu Share K. Lew, who lived 15 years in a Daoist monastery, and trained with Daoist Grandmaster Kenneth Cohen for over a year. His journey also includes time with numerous teachers in Hawai’i and China, shaping a unique, authentic, and deeply holistic approach.
