When life gets busy, what do you do to replenish yourself? “A still mind is quiet, even with an endless loop of everyday noise”, from Moonlight Gratitude. With the holidays approaching, this is a timely opportunity for quiet time and Surrender into Stillness. Settling into each pose with comfortable props for support, creates space for peace and tranquility. Nanci is a certified massage therapist and a Reiki Practitioner. She offers hands-on massage and Reiki during this workshop (if your desire) for a deeper experience.
Restorative Yoga is appropriate for everyone. All poses are done on the floor and held for 10-15 minutes with the support of props for deep relaxation and repose. It is an ideal yoga practice for injuries, arthritis, inflammation, challenges, beginners, and for anyone needing to relax.
