Taught to more than 7 million people around the world, TRE™ exercises gently fatigue specific muscles (especially the psoas) to induce gentle and involuntary shaking (tremor). As you move out of “fight or flight”, your body is able to return to a more relaxed, integrated state. The session concludes with deep rest.
About Nanci:
Nanci is a certified TRE™ practitioner. She leads you through a specific series of gentle exercises designed by Dr David Berceli, PhD, to facilitate the body’s natural shaking mechanism. Nanci focuses on your comfort and safely guides you through the session. Some of Nanci’s students have experienced releases that took them out of the physical pains they had since childhood. You leave the session relaxed, calm, and grounded.
