Ron has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and has been teaching yoga since 2011. Bryan Kest played an important role in defining Ron’s practice. Ron got trained as a yoga instructor under Linda Mcgrath. He believes the physical practice (asanas) is a tool that helps the practitioner get to the true benefits of the practice – a calm mind and a rejuvenated soul. His classes typically involve a strong challenging sequence coupled with breathwork and meditation.
