Yoga is a journey - not a destination, so there is no perfect place to get to. It is a good idea to start with something that is not overwhelming, thus allowing your body to settle into the process of yoga. The beginner level is obviously for those who have never done yoga but at the same time sometime advanced yogis need to slow down and get the benefit of such classes.
Below we have categorized classes based on the level of experience but please do read about all our classes before deciding on what you would like to try. The only advice we have for you is to not to try a Flow class if you are just starting into yoga.
